The MechMan 48 volt elite series alternator offers all the same features and durability as our 12 volt elite series alternators, plus include sophisticated smart multi-stage external regulator compatible with a wide variety of 48 volt batteries. A custom charge profile is programed into the regulator at MechMan before shipment, that is tailored to the type and size of 48 volt batteries being used by the customer. Options are available for various lithium chemistry, as well as lead acid batteries. Be sure to have all of the technical specifics for your battery bank before ordering. Battery details must be entered into the questionnaire form before the alternator can be built.
