This page is where you control what Mechman collects about you and what we share with advertising platforms. Everything here is free, and using it will never change the price you pay or the service you receive.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
When you first visited this site you were asked which categories of tracking you would allow. You can change that answer at any time, in either direction, using the button below.
Manage your cookie preferences
Opens the preference panel so you can turn analytics, functional, and advertising technologies on or off.
The preference panel could not be opened. Your browser may be blocking it, or an extension may be interfering. You can still tell us your choice directly using any of the methods further down this page, and we will apply it.
Turning a category off stops the technologies in that category from loading on future page views. Declining does not affect your ability to browse, place an order, or get support.
Opting out of "sale" and "sharing"
Mechman does not exchange personal information for money. We do, however, disclose online identifiers and browsing activity to advertising platforms — Meta, Google, and Microsoft — so that advertising can be measured and audiences built, and only where you have consented. Under California and several other state laws, that disclosure counts as a sale or share even though no money changes hands.
Turning off the advertising category above opts you out of that disclosure on this browser. If you would like the opt-out applied to your customer account as well, or across devices, tell us using any method below and we will apply it.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, and who we have disclosed it to
- Give you a portable copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep
- Stop sending you marketing email
We extend these rights to every visitor, regardless of state. See our Privacy Policy for the detail, including the categories of information we collect and how long we keep each one.

What happens next
We confirm we have received your request within 10 business days, and we respond within 45 calendar days. If we need longer we will tell you within that window, and we may extend once by a further 45 days.
For a request to know, correct, or delete, we will first verify who you are — usually by asking you to confirm something already tied to your order or account, such as an order number and the email address used to place it. We ask for no more than we need, and we use it only to verify you. An opt-out of sale or sharing does not require verification.
You may use an authorized agent. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.
If we decline your request you may appeal, by replying to our response or contacting us again with the word "Appeal" in your message. We will respond to an appeal within 45 days and explain our reasoning. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a way to contact your state Attorney General.
We will not treat you differently
Exercising any of these rights will never cause us to deny you products or service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower standard of service. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for your personal information.
