When a dual setup still isn't enough, go to three. For serious SPL and high-demand builds on 1999–2013 GM LS trucks and SUVs, Mechman's triple-alternator kits stack three 400-amp alternators on one complete bolt-on bracket.
Maximum charging capacity
Three 400-amp alternators is about as much on-board charging as a GM LS truck can carry — built for the biggest SPL systems and the most demanding electrical builds. The double-shear-mounted bracket was developed and revised over many designs and real-world miles to hold three alternators securely.
These are 100% complete bolt-on multiple-alternator kits for 1999–2013 GM full-size truck and SUV fitments, with everything from the belt to the wiring harnesses supplied.
Comp-only or fully loaded
Running your own alternators? The triple bracket is available on its own. Want the complete package? Choose a kit that includes three 400-amp alternators — in a cast finish or a range of anodized colors. The 1999–2004 kits are built around the 8206400; the 2005–2013 kits use the 8302400.

Which trucks does the triple kit fit?
It fits 1999–2013 GM full-size LS-based trucks and SUVs with the 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L V8. Choose your year range above for the exact kit.
Why run three alternators?
Three 400-amp alternators deliver maximum on-board charging capacity — the setup for very large SPL systems and builds that stack heavy electrical loads all at once.
Comp-only or with alternators?
Both are offered. The bracket is available on its own if you have your own alternators, or as a complete kit with three 400-amp units in cast or anodized finishes.
How much power does it add?
Each alternator is a 400-amp unit, so a complete triple kit adds three 400-amp alternators of dedicated charging capacity.
Is it a complete kit?
Complete kits include the double-shear triple bracket assembly, a custom-length belt, three alternators, harnesses, and hardware. Follow the included instructions for proper spacer usage and belt alignment.
Where is it made and is it warrantied?
Every Mechman alternator is built in Knoxville, Tennessee. Optional 1-year, 2-year, and lifetime internal-parts (brushes, bearings, rectifier, regulator) warranty terms are available at checkout.
