This adapter bracket allows you to install a GM alternator with the Vortec-style mount in place of an SD7 A/C compressor. The SD7 is commonly found on aftermarket front-runner kits, making this bracket a great solution for adding more electrical power to your setup. It also works in other applications where an SD7 compressor is used. Designed to fit Mechman’s 8206 and B8206 series alternators (sold separately).
