The Roxor is built to work off-road — but its factory charging can't keep up with winches, lights, and accessories. Mechman's add-on kit bolts a 170-amp second alternator to your 2018+ Roxor diesel.
Power for the trail
With the Mechman alternator alone you can expect a big increase in output — around 150 amps at idle, and nearly 200 amps at cruising RPM for the most demanding accessories. And because it's an add-on, your OEM alternator keeps supplying power too.
It's a win/win: more capacity for winches, lighting, comms, and audio, plus a built-in backup if a tired OEM alternator decides to quit on the trail.
A bolt-on second alternator
The kit adds the high-output alternator as a second unit on your Roxor. It's painted a brilliant red as the standard finish to stand out, and can be optioned in other colors.

How much output does it add?
The add-on alternator delivers a large increase — around 150 amps at idle and nearly 200 amps at cruising RPM — on top of what your factory alternator already provides.
Does my factory alternator stay?
Yes. This is an add-on second alternator; the OEM unit keeps supplying power, which also gives you a measure of backup if the original alternator fails on the trail.
What color is it?
Red is the standard build finish so it stands out under the hood, and other colors can be optioned.
Is it a bolt-on install?
Yes — it mounts as a second alternator with the included bracket, belt, and hardware. Follow the included instructions for proper spacer usage and belt alignment.
Where is it made and is it warrantied?
Every Mechman alternator is built in Knoxville, Tennessee. Optional 1-year, 2-year, and lifetime internal-parts (brushes, bearings, rectifier, regulator) warranty terms are available at checkout.
