They may show minor cosmetic imperfections like scratches or finish blemishes but are fully tested to meet Mechman’s strict performance and reliability standards. These units deliver the same high-output performance as new alternators at a reduced price.

Warranty: B-Stock alternators include a 90-Day Functional Warranty only. Warranty covers performance (not cosmetics or labor), is non-transferable, and all sales are final — no returns or exchanges. An optional extended warranty is available beginning at $49.00.

Restrictions: No Modifications Allowed. No paint, pulley swaps, clocking, harness changes, or regulator upgrades. If customization is required, please purchase a new retail alternator.

Building on our proven 250-amp platform, this 400-amp high-output alternator is engineered specifically for Polaris 1.5L and 2.0L engine applications requiring extreme electrical capacity. Designed for customers pushing the limits with large audio systems, extensive lighting arrays, multiple auxiliary battery banks, winches, cooling upgrades, and other sustained high-demand loads, this unit delivers maximum charging performance across the entire RPM range.

• Direct-Fit Design – Engineered to mount in the factory location on applicable Polaris 1.5L and 2.0L platforms with proper belt retention using the factory stretch belt.
• Maximum Output Performance – Our highest-output offering for this platform, built to support aggressive and continuous electrical loads while maintaining stable charging from low RPM through peak engine speed.
• Internal Regulation – Features an internal regulator with a simple one-wire excitation connection. Refer to installation instructions for wiring details.
