H124 – 24V Alternator Harness
This harness is supplied with all the Mechman 8237080-24V alternators to ensure proper operation right out of the box.
The longer green wire connects to an ignition-switched 12 V or 24 V source to turn the alternator on and off with the key. This allows for convenient control and prevents unwanted battery drain when the engine is off. The black sense wire connects to the system’s 24-volt positive source to provide accurate voltage feedback to the internal regulator.
