- Please submit the below form to obtain an authorized Mechman RGA number for your return.
- Once you have received your emailed RGA number from Mechman .....
Once you have received your RGA Number Via Email, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and include a copy of the emailed RGA with your alternator.
Please be sure to pack the alternator tightly and securely using bubble wrap, or a comparable packing material. MechMan is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging (if available) and always double boxing for sufficient protection during shipping.
Kindly write the RGA Invoice# on all six sides of the box so that we can easily identify your package when it arrives. Also, please be aware, that any alternator that functions normally on our dyno will need to be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.
NOTE: ANY ALTERNATOR THAT IS SHIPPED IN FOR A PAID REPAIR WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 30 DAYS. THE REPAIR COSTS AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS NEED TO PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF MECHMAN RECEIVING THE ALTERNATOR, OTHERWISE THE ALTERNATOR WILL BE DISCARDED.
If your alternator is out of warranty, please ask in the comments section about our 199$ complete rebuild(minus case/custom paint) which will also include a 90 day warranty when returned.
