Return any unused product * which is unaltered, uncut & undamaged within 30 days of purchase date & we will return 100% of the purchase price minus shipping charges. Returns/Shipping policies apply. * Wire or cable cut to your spec.'s with terminals of your choice crimped on by MECHMAN (assembled cable) may not be returned when they match your assembly instructions.
 

PROPOWER ALTERNATOR WARRANTY

MECHMAN warranties each PROPOWER alternator for 12 mo's.  MECHMAN will repair or replace, at our discretion, any alternator that becomes defective during it's warranty period. Warranty covers ORIGINAL OWNER ONLY! Warranty terminates if PROPOWER is disassembled, serviced or repaired by someone other than authorized by MECHMAN, and also if it is installed or operated incorrectly.  The rest of our products are covered by either our PRODUCTS WARRANTY or their respective manufacturers.
 

PRODUCTS WARRANTY

MECHMAN warranties its own products for one year from date of purchase. MECHMAN will repair or replace, at it's discretion, any product with a manufacturing defect during it's warranty period. All warranty claims will be handled by MECHMAN.  Warranty covers original purchaser only. Warranties do not cover abuse, misuse, neglect or improper installation.  Claims must be shipped prepaid.  All returns must have a RMA number issued by MECHMAN personnel. See next paragraph.
 

RETURNS POLICY

To return a product a RMA # must be obtained.  Either write or call requesting a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION number. Return goods must be sent freight prepaid.  Goods sent COD or without a RMA # will not be accepted. RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING AND HAVE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Unless otherwise specified, all orders shipped UPS ground insured. Damaged freight claims must be made direct to freight service company. All orders shipped F.O.B. Hesperia. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

MECHMAN provides a no risk policy to those who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. All special orders are payable in advance. Appointments will be held for 1/2 hour after scheduled time unless other arrangements are made.
